About David
David Webb started a construction business on January 1, 1979 after finishing college at Texas Tech University and the University of Texas at Austin. Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects were his playground, where he flourished, eventually becoming a General Contractor in 1983. He’s “done everything one can do with a piece of Real Estate” including acquiring a Texas Real Estate license where he learned the finer points of negotiating. His extensive construction career allowed him to develop an additional career as a private Mortgage Broker, by learning lender philosophy and the inner workings of bank operations. That experience led him to discover the corrupt nature of all lenders and their fraud. He needed this experience, which became a natural extension of Business Consulting, as part of his personal business model. He has consulted for many important people, and by the grace of God solved their issues when others were not able to.
In 1979 he began to study Law, and he has actually used all he learned in his own life experiences in court for himself as well as for others. David says “There is no substitute for hands on practical experience.” He has stopped the lR$, NTTA, Census Bureau, and many others for himself, as well as for many other people. He wants it known he is not an attorney. He is a “Strategy Consultant” who develops strategies based on the specific circumstances and issues surrounding the case.
Additionally, David worked in the exciting world of Sports Officiating from 1974 to 1996 - Football, Baseball, Basketball, Softball, Volleyball. Having also played sports his whole life, he learned the importance of authority-and how to be in authority-from officiating. He learned how to size up any situation very quickly. For years he’s also been a sports coach, primarily for basketball. As he put it, “People need to be taught how to Win!”
His family also has a long history in education, and he’s been a homeschooler since 1992 for his children as well as his grandchild.
He is currently domiciled in Irving/Las Colinas and has been happily married for 39 years.
